Edward Wolcott Portsmouth New Hampshire NH Prison Reformatory Pendant Silver Pat Dec 29, 1868
Wikipedia has this to say about Edward Wolcott: Edward Oliver Wolcott (March 26, 1848 – March 1, 1905) was an American politician during the 1890s, who served for 12 years as a Senator from the state of Colorado.
He served in the 150th Ohio Volunteer Infantry during the American Civil War.[3] He enlisted at age 16.[1]
I am unable to find any prison related history on him so I am not 100% certain he's the same Edward Wolcott who's name is stamped on this prison pendant. Pendant is in good condition and measures about 1 1/8" high by 7/8" wide. Does not come with a chain. Unknown metal type but it is silver in color.
