What you see in the pics is what you get. I’m not exactly sure what these are, but possibly a throttle adjustment knob? You can be the judge. The plastic knob doesn’t stay attached, looks like it might have to be glued on to work properly. Shows signs of wear/age (see pics). From a 1960’s McCulloch 4 HP outboard motor.
